Notice of a Casual Vacancy

Following the resignation of Councillor Mark Harvey, a vacancy exists in the office of Parish Councillor for the Parish of Aylburton.

This vacancy will be filled by election if any ten registered local government electors for the said parish ward submit a written request to that effect in the manner prescribed below.

Any request for an election to be held to fill the vacancy must be in writing and must
reach the Returning Officer, Forest of Dean District Council, High Street Coleford
Glos GL16 8HG within fourteen days following the date of this notice.

If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
